"Personally Identifiable Information" is information that identifies you personally, such as your name, address, telephone number, email address, or company name. Shanya and Zita collects and stores the personally identifiable information that you have provided to us. Here are some examples of the manners in which we may collect your personally identifiable information on the Sites:

How we use your information

The information collected by us is used for processing orders, keeping you informed about your order status, for improving our site and its performance, and to notify you of products or special offers that may be of interest to you.

We do not sell, trade, or rent any of your personal information to others. However, we may release account information when we believe that such release is reasonably necessary to enforce or apply our terms and conditions or to protect the rights, property, and safety of Shanya and Zita. For example, we must release your credit card information to the card-issuing bank to confirm payment; and release your address and telephone information to the delivery carrier to deliver products that you ordered. In the event customers do not pay us for products ordered, we may submit their account information to a third party collection agency.

Cookies

When you visit our Site(s), we and third parties may collect certain information by automated means, using technologies such as cookies, web server logs and web beacons. Cookies are small files that websites and email servers place and access on your computer or other Internet-connected device to uniquely identify your browser or device or to store information or settings in your device. Your browser may tell you how to be notified when you receive certain types of cookies and how to restrict, disable or delete certain cookies. Please note, however, that without certain cookies, you may not be able to use all of the features of our Site(s).  For example, we may use certain essential cookies that are set when you enter some of our Site(s) to assist with navigation during your visit or when you complete certain forms.  Blocking these cookies or deleting them earlier than their normal expiration date may cause problems.

How to control cookies

You can control and/or delete cookies as you wish – for details, see aboutcookies.org. You can delete all cookies that are already on your computer and you can set most browsers to prevent them from being placed. If you do this, however, you may have to manually adjust some preferences every time you visit a site and some services and functionalities may not work.

Automatically Collected Information

Our web servers may log information such as your device and operating system type, browser type, domain, device ID, Internet Protocol (“IP”) address and other system settings, as well as the language your system uses and the country and time zone where your device is located. To control which web servers place and access cookies and collect information by automated means, we may place tags on our Web pages called "web beacons", which are small files that allow us to understand the actions of visitors to our Site(s).  We may use similar technology in email we send, which may enable the placing or accessing of cookies, and also enable us to know if you received the email, if the email was opened and if you clicked on any links in the email.

In addition, we collect information you provide to us when you perform site searches, place orders or renew services, edit information in your profile or regarding the Products you use, communicate with us by phone, e-mail, text services, or otherwise; participate in blogs, discussion boards or community postings.

Third parties may collect Personal Information about your online activities over time and across different Site(s) when you use our Site(s). For example, third-party providers of certain embedded content and tools on our Site(s) (such as an embedded Twitter or Facebook feed, or an embedded blog commenting system from DISQUS, or any social network that you can use to log in to our Site(s) or to submit information to our Site(s)) may collect Personal Information directly from you in connection with your interaction with such content and tools.

Data about your activities on our Site(s) may be collected for use in providing advertising tailored to your individual interests on other websites and online services. You may choose whether to have your information collected for that purpose. We participate in advertising services administered by third parties.  The ad services may track your online activities over time by collecting information through automated means, including through the use of the automated technologies described above, and they may use this information to show you advertisements that are tailored to your individual interests and/or based on prior visits to our Site(s).  We and third-party vendors may use first-party cookies and third-party cookies alone or together, as well as other automated means and the data collected through such means and from other sources (i) to inform, optimize, and serve ads (involving ads based on past visits to our Site(s), and (ii) to report on our ad impressions, other uses of ad services, and interactions with these ad impressions and ad services (including how they are related to visits to our Site(s).
