Return and Exchange


The 3 Barn Swallows is owned and operated by Shanya and Zita.

No matter the reason, 3 Barn Swallows is here to help with our 30-day return policy for easy returns and free exchanges.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not satisfied for any reason, our return policy allows you to send back the item(s) within 30 days of the date you received the package for a refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping and handling and Return Label fees.

For an exchange, simply use our return/exchange app at 3barnswallows.com within 30 days of receipt to return your item for a free replacement of the same item in a different size or any same priced item. If your request for an exchange results in any additional merchandise costs, and you paid by credit card, your credit card will be charged for those additional costs. If you choose a lower priced item, the price difference will be refunded.

We will always check each product for any damages or problems, but in case of any discrepancies or factory defect, items may be returned for a prompt refund as long as the merchandise is in new and unused condition.

To process a credit, the customer must contact us and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be provided. This RMA number must be included in the package with the returned items to expedite and complete the process.

All items must be returned with their original boxes, tags, manuals, certificates of authenticity, and warranty card.  Any items returned without original documentation will be rejected. Watches, jewelry that has been resized, damaged, or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return.

Once the returned item is received the full credit will be issued promptly to the customer.  Charges for shipping and handling are not refundable unless the return is as a result of our error.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs of the returned items. Shanya and Zita is not liable for items that are lost or damaged, so it is highly recommended that customers insure their package.
