We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not satisfied for any reason, our return policy allows you to send back the item(s) within 60 days of the date you received the package for a refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping and handling and Return Label fees.
For an exchange, simply use our return/exchange app at 3barnswallows.com within 30 days of receipt to return your item for a free replacement of the same item in a different size or any same priced item. If your request for an exchange results in any additional merchandise costs, you will be billed for those additional costs. If you choose a lower priced item, the price difference will be refunded. You are responsible for the Smart-S Return Label fee.
To return your jewel(s) is easy with 3 Barn Swallows.
- After approved return request we will send you a Smart-S Return Label via email or you can choose that you'll return your jewel by yourself. The fee of Smart-S Label is $9.89 - to purchase it, click the button below.
When you choose you'll mail your jewelry back to us by using any carrier you want, by purchasing the shipping label through one of them, skip this step.

3 Barn Swallows is not liable for items that are lost or damaged, so it is highly recommended that customers insure their package.
In case the received item is defective or has damage caused by the shipping carrier (photo proof required), or the item is not (size, metal, color, gems, and crystals) what you purchased there is no Smart-S label fee.

Log in with your order number (which one you got in the purchase confirmation email, and it starts with 3BS96...) and your email.
Pick the item(s) you want to return, fill the reason field, choose one of the refund methods, or the exchange, and that's it.
- All items must be returned with their original boxes, tags, manuals, certificates of authenticity, and warranty card. Any items returned without original documentation will be rejected. Watches, jewelry that has been resized, damaged, or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return.
- Once the returned item is received the full credit/exchange/refund will be issued promptly to the customer. Charges for shipping and handling are not refundable unless the return is as a result of our error.
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs of the returned items. 3 Barn Swallows is not liable for items that are lost or damaged, so it is highly recommended that customers insure their package. (The Smart-S Return Label includes shipping insurance.)
