We warrant to the original consumer for the rest of their life from the date of purchase that the purchased article of jewelry/watches is free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal wear. This warranty is void if the article of jewelry/watches has been damaged by accident, negligence, unauthorized service or other factors not due to defects in materials or workmanship.

If you purchased the jewelry/watches from our official online boutique 3barnswallows.com please log into your My account (located on the top right corner) and click "Returns" then follow the instructions on the website. An RMA Code and a free shipping label will then be e-mailed to you separately within 48 hours on weekdays. Print the shipping label and write the RMA code on your original sales receipt and on the outside of the shipping box, you are returning. Include all original packaging and collateral material. To ensure quality purposes, please specify what is the damage on the product in our return request web page.

Customers who purchased the jewelry from our official online boutique 3barnswallows.com are not required to pay $10 handling fee for all repair and warranty needs. If you purchased the jewelry/watches from our official online boutique and require repair but already passed 30 days, we ask that you ship the item back to us at your own cost. We will pay the return shipping cost for mailing the item(s) back to you and the repair will still be free.
